Cons: I paid for a premium rental. I got an old nissan Micra with 42 thousand on the clock covered in damage that smelled bad and had stained seats, completely under powered. The renter tried to sting me for damage already on the car and required a video to prove otherwise. Damage was partially under car and they knew where to look.
Pros: Car was what we asked for.
Cons: Limited choice of estate cars. Car we got was battered and dented. Picked up with hardly any fuel in, despite the fact the website said 'full to full', with little guidance to nearest petrol station. Wasn't told where to drop the car at the airport and had to wait a while outside departures for someone to arrive.
Pros: - Drop off was quick -Due to delays with pick up they didn't take deposit which was helpful however this was probably because of needed to rush the handover.
Cons: Pick up took a long time and was unprofessional. I still cant believe the police were rushing me to leave because of the fact we were picking up a car somewhere we shouldn't be (in front of airport departures). The police put on sirens and beeped at me, meaning as soon as they keys were handed over I couldn't even acclimatise and had to rush out. Car screen was dirty with oil that just wouldn't come off. Car key was also low battery,often leaving us stuck and unable to lock or get into the car.
Pros: Very friendly, easy to deal with.
Pros: Easy pick up and drop off
Cons: Fuel light was flashing on pick up so had to immedaitely find a petrol station at midnight!

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
