Pros: Grumpy reception on arrival

Cons: Car was dangerous. Brake pads totally worn out and they would not change car. Also no petrol cap so not only risk of fire but petrol evaporated. We hardly used the car as it was unsafe and the company refused to give us an alternative or a refund

Pros: We asked a STW and received a new SUV with 3k kms, would definitely recommend.

Pros: They were easy with the condition of the car (no wonder, since the car was in mediocre condition)

Cons: I have never paid more for a rental car in my life (I am 50 and I have rented lots of cars). And the car was in bad condition. For example, the wind screen whiper did not work properly and we could only drive max 50 (and it rains relatively often on Pico). The waiting time at the reception due to non working IT-systems (so they say), is ridiculously long and, for example, you have to write your name and address on a paper, as if this is not data they haven’t gotten in the online reservation.

Pros: Easy and fast procedure at the desk (when started).

Cons: We came 25 minutes earliar than agreed, car was on parking and no other people waited but had to wait 25 minutes that procedure for pick-up started. The car has not been cleaned.

Pros: Deposit was not actually charged to credit card right away like some other rental companies. The credit card hold was removed immediately after car return.

Pros: My least favorite rental in my time in the Azores.

Cons: Hello I am writing because I had a difficult time picking up this rental contract number 901040. My flight arrived July 7 and when I made my original plan, I had attempted to pick up at 08:30pm when my flight landed however the website would not allow me stating the Ilha Verde counter is closed. Upon arriving to airport it was clearly open. I inquired about if they may be able to release me a car earlier but they said no. I had to take a cab back and forth for pickup. Gas tank not full.

Pros: Everything went smoothly, good car, low deposit.

Cons: There were no real inspections of the car on pick up or return. The car had not been cleaned before pick up. The passenger side windscreen wiper was in poor condition and didn't clean the windscreen effectively.

Cons: Took over 1 hr in line to pick up our car

Pros: Fast and easy pick up and drop off.

Cons: We had to pay an after hour fee for pick up even though our flight was delayed and we didn’t have control over that.

Cons: Car had substantial damage when I picked it up. It was also too large for many streets in Pico.

Cons: They didn't take any notice to the van problem and we left the problem until the van stoped.

Cons: Really long wait for picking up the car (not enough people working, & I think they were having system issues), then I was given a car that was pretty old and didn't have working AC or any air, which wasn't great in this heat

Cons: Response when we ended up with a flat tire. Replaced same ourselves which was fine but response of giving us pump in case we needed it later was very poor.

Cons: fuel level not at 100% at pick-up, which made it difficult to refuel correctly at drop-off (but provider was correct about the way of working, so no complaints)

Cons: We were told transferring rental to local agent but in end may not have been the case. We are unclear where that stands.. With canceled trips, you can’t get a 48 hour window to do a cancellation. And a weather dependent area that is difficult to manage.

Cons: to find the car you have to randomly look in a general area looking at plate numbers. This could be more efficient. front tires were pretty bare, all four tire were low on air at one point or another during our 2 day rental.

Cons: They charged me 31.54 euros because the plane was late unlike friends who rented from Atlantis! When I returned the car I found out that they had not given me a copy of the contract when I picked up the car. I wouldn’t rent from them again!

Cons: I have rented a MEgane or similar, they gave me a 5 year old car with no breaks, stop lights, etc. After calling them several times they have replaced the car for a Clio (lower segment) but denied any refund. This car was also 4 years old and in very poor conditions. This operator should not have a license to operate.

Cons: first car had breaking issues, check engine light was on, and there was a message from the board computer indicating the car needed the technical inspection

Pros: We became fast the keys, The car was clean. We had a problem with the empty battery and a mechanic came after 5 min. and fixed this. All in all a good service.
