Pros: Company again lied and spouted fictitious damage, smaller than their 5cm limit on a car that was already smashed up. Representative wouldn’t allow me to photograph the damage against their scale. Charged €180 euro. I have had 2 other rentals where this company under goldcar has done the same with damage. They are total thieves. Make sure you always take out insurance.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The fact I paid £253 more than I was expecting. The rudeness of the man that took they keys from me. Being sent an email to sign for a burnt seat that was there when I collected the key (I have a picture). Paying 446.68euro for having the car 3 days and 18 minutes. I will be calling to see if I can get some kind of refund as I've worked almost every day since coming back due to the corona virus as I'm a front line worker.
Pros: It was swift and efficient.
Cons: They didn't tell me the £1116 would be taken from my account not just a charge against the card.
