Pros: Nothing, they're useless and we'll never use again

Cons: 2.5 hour queue for the car, unhelpful staff, awful customer service (whilst we had the car) - no one available on telephone, and given incorrect information by the Twitter feed resulting in me having to drive to Biarritz and Toulouse airports on a wild goose chase. They're a shambles

Pros: Car was fine. The customer service was not.

Cons: They Tried to sell Me another insurance which was not better for Me. 186 EUR that i Would not get back. Then got kind of angry when i did not accept. Not a good customer service. Will never use interrent again. It was very difficult to find the return Place on 3. Level because they did not give us the needed instructions.

Pros: Car was nearly new

Cons: Service desk hard to find. Only one person on the desk leading to a long queue. Now being charged for a tiny dent less than my finger tip despite being told to check only for damage “more than 5 cms”. In dispute currently.
