Pros: Nothing

Cons: Desk not manned when collecting car, just a sign saying "Go to Goldcar desk" at which there was a 2 hour 30 minute delay.

Pros: The staff.

Cons: There were not enough staff at the drop off. The lady managing the returns was massively over worked. It was sad to watch her being worked so hard.

Pros: The overall car condition was good .

Cons: Firstly they asked for a deposit of 3800€ which was not mentioned anywhere while booking . Secondly They took a deposit for fuel insurance which they didn’t returned the full amount instead of car tank being full when dropped off. Please look into the matter.

Pros: Fast and easy. Car was fairly new and in good condition and clean. Mileage limitation was fair and was plenty for our use. Drop off and pickup were easy and quick.

Cons: Service on pick up was slow and there was a big push to accept insurance which should have been flagged at booking. The car had a mark which we had to walk back to the service desk to have noted on the form as no representative accompanied us to the car.
