Cons: Desk not manned when collecting car, just a sign saying "Go to Goldcar desk" at which there was a 2 hour 30 minute delay.

Cons: There were not enough staff at the drop off. The lady managing the returns was massively over worked. It was sad to watch her being worked so hard.

Cons: Appalling ‘scam’ at reception. One had to purchase a ‘ priority ticket’ at €20 to be seen. Heavy pressure to purchase unnecessary additional insurance.
