Pros: The car worked!
Cons: Everything else. After returning the car they have charged me an extra 120 Euros for two small scratches on the hubcap. Their contract says scratches under 50mm are not charged and an entire replacement hubcap is only 60 Euros??? I'm now needing to email and chase them for a refund and so far their customer service has been quite poor. I would not be happy to use them in the future and would suggest other potential customers use a different company.

Cons: Agent very pleasant it’s n our his fault you are ripping people off with yet more charges when they arrive to pick up car. I will never use this company again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS - and it will cost you! Go to a reputable company who quote and charge the same
Pros: Not a lot.
Cons: Hard sell on insurance. Being told how expensive any damage would be and that we would be responsible for the total loss of the car if we didn’t pay for the extra insurance. I carry additional car hire insurance but the hard sell went on and on. Also they don’t take Amex so I had to pay using a debit card and I am still waiting for my refund. Not an international experience and I’ll pay extra for Avis or Hertz next time.
Pros: Every part of the process was straightforward
Cons: No complaints - well done!
Cons: I felt I was being taken for a ride and ended up paying far more than I was expecting
