Cons: I dislike the confusion about names. I booked with Discover cars; was met by Gold car and now the name Interrent appears ... I don't know the relation between these companies and it is not relevant for me as a costumer. It feels like you ask me to evaluate a person I did not meet....

Cons: I was told that the creditcard I brought was a debit card (even though it is clearly not, and I am more than able to overcharge and reserve the deposit needed) and therefore I was charged over 100 euros as insurance even though I already had insurance through DiscoverCars. I was very upset by this but the agent would not negotiate and I had no other means of getting to my destination. It was a terrible experience overall, and sadly means that I won’t recommend this company nor use it again.

Pros: Friendly staff on key collection, easy enough to find the collection desk.

Cons: The process of checking over the vehicle, which takes place after you've signed which includes signing the existing damage on the vehicle, which was missing damage. Then having to find someone to check the vehicle over, due to poor lighting in the car park it's difficult to properly check the vehicle over. Signage for vehicle return to the right car park is a bit last minute on the roundabout.

Cons: Dirty Car, Car was smaller than advertised (Fiesta received vs VW Golf advertised), hidden charges at airport, took along time filling out more forms (despite doing this when booking)
