Pros: the fact you did not inform me who was your partner agency at Malpensa airport. I has to find myself that your partner agency was goldcar. I arrived there at 6.50pm and clising time as 7pm and they wanted already to close and I had to insist to hve help and they did NOT GIVE ME ANY CAR BECAUSE I HAD THE VISA DEBIT CARD. Now you are not even refunding me 45£ I paid online in advance. Shame on u! worst service ever!

Cons: Everything. We had issues with our car and it was towed away from the highway. Instead of thinking with us for a solution they were unreachable for 4 hours and their lack of flexibility forced us to hire another car for 3 days.

Cons: They charge me £30 for no obvious reason in January 2020. When I called to ask they said it was a charge due to outstanding highway tolls. This was incorrent as I paid online tolls and sent them a receipt. I never heard back.
