Cons: The company's name is Goldcar, not Interrent. When renting the car we Were forced pay for "Smart Return", something we did not want and we do not know what for it is used for. The agent told us that we do not get the car if we do not choose "Smart Return". What can you do in such a situation than just accept? Very disappointed about this forced fee and the agent doing the paperwork! There is however no negative word I can say about the personnel handling the car (handover and inspection).

Cons: Poor service from start to finish. Pushy upsell at the desk, more damage on the car than on the check out sheet for which I was then charged for on my return even though the desk agent noted the damage and categorically stated that I would NOT be charged. Absolute disgraceful service.
