Pros: Katastrof, dålig bemötande fejar skador för att straffa kunden. Det är ren bedrägeri sådan företag skall inte kunna existera på flygplatsen. Bilen hade många skador redan. Jag tvättade personligen bilen dagen innan och ställde den i eget garage syntes inga nya skador. Det interways sysslar med är kriminellt, de säger att vänta så skall vi gå ut och titta på bilen. OBS! Låt dom inte gå själv och besiktiga bilen utan filma bilen innan du lämnar den och följ med personalen . Ej pålitliga

Cons: we didnt take photos of the car; trusting the agency… After delivering the car and was told by the guy that all was ok with car and no damages made; I received an e-mail aftermath that there is a damage and I have to pay 50 Eurs. But anyway the damage they were claming for compension was no way to be discovered with naked eyes..I have booked the car with full covereges.. I dont think this damage belongs to me. The guy also charged 20 eurofor parking card; which was taken by the parking mashine

Cons: The fact that the car was broken down and non/driveable for two days, the service provider still thought it was necessarily to charge me for half a take of fuel, stating that I didn’t go to a service station to fill it up. The car was broken down, I was stranded for a day, I physically couldn’t drive to a service station period, and if anything, I truely believe I should have been compensated for my two days of loss by driving a faulty car that hadn’t been service, rather than charged extra.

Cons: During pick up we were given a number of papers which we normally sign but do not return at dropping off. Very often I simply post the keys in a letter box. During dropping off they asked us for the papers we signed, which we left at our accomodation! They should make it clear on pick up.

Cons: According to my voucher, I was supposed to get a WV but I got a Suzuki instead as they said all of the WV were already rented out. I dont know why would they rent them all out when I already paid a deposit for a WV, it wasnt like I was not going to show up to pick up the car.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 500.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Roof rack.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 1 additional drivers.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.03. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
