Cons: The agent for the pick up didn't want to work, clearly. But the lady that helped us during the drop off was instead very polite, despite being on her own on a Sat morning 8am.

Pros: The guy that attended me at the desk was pleasant. The other was fighting over the phone with another customer that was not able to find the office, which was not inside the terminal, but on a secondary car park.

Cons: The car was set in Polish, so I did not fully understand the car settings, radio, etc. I tried myself, and then I went back to ask the guy. He did not know how to change it either. He said as that car model was manufactured in Poland, could be that the language was just that one. A couple of days later, I checked the car manual, and there was no information about language setting. I finally managed changing to a language I could understand fully, by searching online. The car was not very clean.

Pros: Italy cars rent's staff was extremely kind and responsive when I picked up the vehicle and when I returned it, on the both airports! They gave me even better car, than I reserved on your platform.

Cons: The cleanliness of the cars offered. From my experience with your rental car, I dare say that I was extremely uncomfortable sitting in the vehicle. It was dirty, wet (I guess someone was coming back from the beach in a wet bathing suit), the belts were dirty and covered in salt, the dashboard and instruments were greasy. it took me 40 minutes to clean everything before i could drive the vehicle. I had to buy wiper fluid, just after 1 spray the level indicator came on.

Cons: Italy Car Rent scammed us. When we returned the car, they asked us if we videoed/photoed under the car, and when we said 'no', they looked in a specific spot under the bumper, pointed at some faint scratches, and charged us nearly 300 euros extra. We had to catch our flight at Alghero Airport, so couldn't do anything, but refused to sign the paper. They still charged us using our deposit.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: American Express, Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The following payment methods are accepted: American Express, Cash, Diners, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card.
Additional insurance (Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)) must be purchased if using the following payment method(s): Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 29 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
