It was available on site, but said something that it does not have permit to go out of Rome and the replacement car was fiat500x which was very much prone to theft. And accordingly car was broken into and all luggage stolen in Pisa. And finally the provider started charging to credit card every month as traffic penalties without any prior notice. More than 1500 euros charged as traffic fines. Unable to trace authencity.

The car wasn’t clean and after 200 km , there was necessarily changing oil message on board.I payed full insurance 2 times and no money back!!!

Pros: The service desk in Rome was efficient and explained the process to me. I would have wanted them to go through all the past damages with me rather than the onus being on me to choose. But overall they were very friendly and fast to get the car prepared. The people in Rome were great.

Cons: The quality of the vehicle was the absolute worst. We rented a Kia Picanto, which was covered in dents, scratches, scrapes, and almost every panel was marked up. My wife and i drove around the country and experienced issues with the starter (sometimes you would have to jiggle the keys in the ignition). Drop off in Milano was the worst. No direction on turn in and nobody at the return "desk" nor any clear indications of where to even locate the main desk. The phones were not working i guess.
