Pros: Easy and friendly

Pros: Great value, on-line check in, friendly helpful people at pick up, clean car.

Cons: No airport shuttle outside of 8-5 office hours. Older high km car with a few minor faults but clean and ran fine.

Cons: Car was messy with cans left in glove box and rubbish behind seat. No free shuttle provided for return to airport so extra cost was incurred as we had to get Uber. It would have been more cost effective for us to choose a provider that was located at the airport

Pros: Good shuttle service between airport and pick up point.

Cons: All OK. Car was quite high mileage (almost 300,000km) but ran well with no problems.

Cons: Long wait to be picked up by shuttle on arrival. Long wait to be served at the office by their one and only operative. Arriving at their depot to find it locked up and NO SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AIRPORT ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON. Spending AUD40.50 on airport parking and taxi to get checked in and return the car for the second time. Bloody atrocious experience with JUCY.

Pros: Super easy and efficient. Great friendly helpful staff. The Bluetooth to my phone meant road trip playlists were created. Although it stopped working in the last hour.

Cons: The drop off is pretty far from the airport and while the key drop system is good, there’s no shuttle etc. also no bin nearby. Also the brakes need a good push, but this is comparable.

Pros: The shuttle to and from the airport was quick. Didn’t have to wait too long. Then it was a very quick checkout procedure. I loved that apart from taking card details, I didn’t have to put down a bond and then wait weeks (up to a month) for the bond to be returned. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Overall condition of the car was very old, dented and scuffed at a lot of places. Very poor hygiene of the baby car seats. I’m appreciative of the fact that staff tried there best to accomodate my request of providing an infant car seat which they claimed is not under there policy.

Cons: We did not realize it was going to be a Jucy car, we wouldn't have rented it otherwise. The car was in extremely poor condition and the radiator kept overheating. We could not use the airconditioner very much as it caused the radiator to heat more.

Cons: The company didn't have that professional appearance about them like other rental companies do e.g. Newer looking shuttle Cars/Vans that picked you up from the airport. Colour looked faded and not vibrant. But overall would still hire a rental car through Jucy.

Cons: No complaints, renting from Jucy was a good experience if you are content with an older, high mileage vehicle which is reflected in the good value rental cost. Extra insurance cost is very reasonable.

Pros: I wish we booked directly through Juicy. Upon arrival to the airport they still picked us up despite the time and also assisted to change cars from a hatchback to a sedan. He cancelled the 3k withholding fee and gave us all the information to read and explained the process to us.

Cons: We didn’t like the lack of flexibility with opening hours meaning we paid for an out of hours pick up fee despite us not using it because we were arriving at 4:20 and didn’t want to risk being stuck. Otherwise reasonably priced for the vehicle we received.

Cons: When I returned the car, it was was pouring rain, peak traffic and I missed the turn for the petrol station. I am 71 years old with disability (bad back). I explained that I had missed the turn off and was not able to fill the tank. It was 3/4 full. I was asked to go back and fill the tank. After 1hour driving in peak traffic, I was very sore so I asked if they could just calculate how much it would take to fill the tank and add the cost to my credit card. They explained it would be $3 a li

Cons: The reason they don't like it is that it is inconvenient to return the car. If they can't use their car for an early flight, they don't tell them that their shop is not at the airport

Cons: There were a lot of dints/scrapes etc. on the cars. I walked around the cars and videoed them so I had a full record of all the damage prior to us hiring. This was mainly marked on the checklists but just so I had piece of mind. Other than that everything was great and easy to deal with.

As we are going to be back on at least 4-5 occasions in the next year I was looking forward to using DC again but now not so sure. If I got a credit I could use it against the next car hire in January 2022
