Cons: It was car smaller than that of a promised corolla. Car was ok n good condition albeit bit old. After drop off,I I sent an email with pics.. got no reply

Pros: They are cheep, direct, clear with cost information and lovley staff.

Cons: It was not until I drove away that I realised there was cigarette ash in the boot. I only checked the exterior for scratches on arrival. I have not dropped off the car yet and therfore can no yet full comment on the experience as a whole.
