Cons: The car return time was mysteriously changed to 10 AM, and they said they cannot change it. I was charged an extra €60 for a full day for being 45 minutes past my original requested return time of 2 PM. I did not get the car I requested. I was told I received a “upgrade“ but it was not the car was missing a radio antenna so I cannot listen to the radio the entire week. The pick up location was completely unclear from the directions provided.

Cons: Score of 5 - Spent an hour waiting in a queue to get the hire car, only 2 agents behind desks but other agents/staff were present in back offices. I would only ask that staff recognise the length of time customers are waiting and jump onto a kiosk to reduce the queue. I appreciate that there’s all different languages that delay the process, that’s my constructive criticism only.

Pros: I had my car cancelled even though I tried to contact them, but the agent sorted me out with a new reservation immediately.

Cons: My initial reservation was cancelled because they claimed I didn’t pick my car up within 5 hours of the rental start time. I have evidence of calling them 19 times the day before my rental start, and I even replied to a message immediately from them informing them of a flight time change.

Cons: No where is it written that you must have had your licence longer than 1 year regardless of age. My 60 year old husband licence was renewed under a year ago and you would not initially allow this to be used. They are renewed every 10 years.

Cons: Le point de rassemblement pour la navette a l aeroport est mal indiqué. Le personnel ne parlait pas du tout français, il a ete difficile de comprendre et se faire comprendre. Problème avec la caution également qui ne fonctionnait pas avec la carte bleu. Le véhicule n avait pas de liquide de lave glace.

Cons: Not helpful at all. No one told us the car needed to be returned during office hours. We had to drive to the office to confirm and had to drop the car off. Ruined the last night of our trip as it took 2 hours. No one to call to ask questions.

Plus we were told by email 3 days before arrival we needed international driving license which with great stress we obtained. Then they were not required on arrival
