Cons: The shuttle was small and so we had to wait for a few to pass before we get on. Could have been stressful if we didn't leave so much time for flight

Pros: They were able to get me the right car eventually. Easy and painless drop off. Called a taxi for us after we dropped off.

Cons: Gave me a manual when I paid for automatic. Tried to sell me their insurance on top of the full coverage already purchased.

Cons: Score of 5 - Spent an hour waiting in a queue to get the hire car, only 2 agents behind desks but other agents/staff were present in back offices. I would only ask that staff recognise the length of time customers are waiting and jump onto a kiosk to reduce the queue. I appreciate that there’s all different languages that delay the process, that’s my constructive criticism only.

Pros: Overall the car I rent was in a very good condition. It would be better if with a reverse imaging system deployed.

Pros: I had my car cancelled even though I tried to contact them, but the agent sorted me out with a new reservation immediately.

Cons: My initial reservation was cancelled because they claimed I didn’t pick my car up within 5 hours of the rental start time. I have evidence of calling them 19 times the day before my rental start, and I even replied to a message immediately from them informing them of a flight time change.

Cons: No where is it written that you must have had your licence longer than 1 year regardless of age. My 60 year old husband licence was renewed under a year ago and you would not initially allow this to be used. They are renewed every 10 years.

Cons: Le point de rassemblement pour la navette a l aeroport est mal indiqué. Le personnel ne parlait pas du tout français, il a ete difficile de comprendre et se faire comprendre. Problème avec la caution également qui ne fonctionnait pas avec la carte bleu. Le véhicule n avait pas de liquide de lave glace.

Cons: Not helpful at all. No one told us the car needed to be returned during office hours. We had to drive to the office to confirm and had to drop the car off. Ruined the last night of our trip as it took 2 hours. No one to call to ask questions.

Cons: K10 is not located at the airport - something DiscoverCars failed to acknowledge when making the reservation - expecting the customer to understand the addresses in a foreign location is a bit much.

Cons: shuttle bus directions could have been clearer. I spend half an hour wandering around to try and locate where the pick up point was. unsure if this is a K10 issue, could have been the message was not transferred on properly by discover cars.

Cons: I had taken pictures of the car at pick up, on drop off a issue that was present on the car at pick up, but hadn't been logged on their system was attempted to be charged to me

Pros: Our flight was delayed so we were the last car of the day to be pick up. Agent was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We haven’t used K10 before but would not hesitate to use them again.

Pros: We will be logging a complaint on two fronts. We were ripped off on arrival by then refusing to provide the car without us taking further insurance despite having paid excess cover. Plus we were told by email 3 days before arrival we needed international driving license which with great stress we obtained. Then they were not required on arrival

Pros: The car itself was excellent and the value for money unrivalled. The staff when dropping off the vehicle were very polite and friendly, although staff when I collected the vehicle were the opposite.

Cons: The staff arranging vehicle collection were rude, dismissive, and generally very grumpy, however it was the opposite when dropping off the car. The early drop-off fee was steep and it was not made clear that there would be a fee.

I have booked BMW (premium selection car) and initially he was trying to rent me downgraded option (small jeep / fiat) even if other agents was offering BMW for other customers for small extra upgrade charge. Only when I insist I get car that I have booked. Also then petrol quantity was wrong in contract. So good that I have made photos when I pick up car. On the other hand drop off was smooth and clear. Lady agent was professional.

I was charged by discovery cars for the hire, plus the insurance. Then charged again at K 10 plus a block on my credit card fir 1200 euros!
