Cons: I was charged the refuelling fee despite the car was returned with the full tank. They scam people. Avoid at all cost.

Pros: We picked the car up. It was almost in perfect condition and was returned the same way but the company tried to claim that we had damaged the car. We are so grateful we took full evidence and video of the car after we dropped the car off as this was evidence for them to review and drop the charges, but it was a stressful situation and not one we like to experience again, shame on you

Cons: Please read above we shouldn’t have to justify returning a car undamaged and being accused of doing so but they do answer the phone straight away and they did with you our claim and they did drop the charges

Cons: The queue at the desk was too long. I spent like 1 hour to take the car. I also have precompiled the chack-in on their web page to speed up the process but I waited too long.

Pros: I didn’t get the car under the pretext of not having a AAA issued International driving license , which is complete nonsense because AAA issues so called International licenses on the basis of the same USA driving license I showed to the agents. Instead they referred me to another rental company that didn’t have problems with my license and rented me a car but for twice the price. I strongly suspect collusion between the companies to jack up the price. Absolutely awful experience

Pros: Excellent customer service. The gentleman at the Krakow branch was friendly, sincere and provided excellent service and support. He is a credit to your company. Also the lady at Wroclaw in charge of drop off was professional whilst being friendly and supportive. Excellent service again.

Cons: The agent who handed the car to me lacked some basic information, like that if I did not return the car with the full tank, I would pay an extra fee of 100 PLN in addition to the fuel cost. He also gave me a piece of paper with handwritten instructions to where the car was parked. I found the car and kept the piece of paper by chance. On the way out of the parking lot I found out that its back was the parking ticket to exit the building.

Cons: The time it took to pick up the car at Krakow airport, it took us almost 50+ minutes, despite providing all the information ahead of the hire.

Pros: So far everything, but I'm still waiting to see if the company finds anything about the car to charge me for. Hopefully not, but that has happened to some of my friends. Vehicle that I was given had already 80K on it, so it was filled with scratches, chips and dents. Fingers crossed that I won't get blamed for some pre existing ones.

Cons: I can't say anything bad, except one thing maybe. My vehicle wasn't the newest. With 80K already on the odometer, it was already well broken in vehicle.

Cons: I had requested an automatic car and online you must have changed it to a manual. The company did not have any automatic cars therefore I went to another company- Not Good Enough!!

Pros: I reviewed a car key and I had to go by myself to another building to find a car because like they said "we don't go with customers" you on your own. Car I got was in new condition. Everything in German language. Americans cars are equipped differently than Europeans. So it got me a little bit to figure out but I did. I been in many countries renting cars,but this is first time, no one assist you to explain anything or even show you where your car is. First 24hr I drove without any docu.

Cons: Next day they send me a email with. During driving car was overheating and after checking, wasn't no coolent. I called CallCenter and must say great people. Got help and everything what I need it. Which I can't say that about Kazien Rent employee,when I returned a car. After explaining what happened, that they probably didn't perform technical control between customers , employee got attitude with me, saying that is brand new car and they didn't have to!! That is very unprofessional.
