Cons: Keddy (Europcar) would not accept my credit card without a letter from my bank, so would not allow me to pick up the vehicle reserved through Discover Cars. I went to Hertz who accepted my credit card without question, as have all other car rental companies in the past. be aware if renting from Keddy (Europcar)!
Cons: They mandated I buy their insurance. Told me they would not rent me a car.
Pros: (2nd part of what I didn't like. ) We were bussed to another location to pick up the car. I spoke to the manager about other options for coverage. He said the cheapest is with a $1500 deductible. He said my first coverage would fill the deductible gap if I had a loss. He refunded me almost $200. It feels like the whole idea is to confuse tourists and scare them into coverage they do not want or need. I am sure I am not the only person they tried to rip off. Disgusting!!
Cons: They go by the name "Eurocar" and I was looking for Keddy...confusing. I was required to buy additional insurance through Eurocar which they said was mandatory. I had already purchased "full coverage" through Discovercars. But, full coverage apparently only covers a gap if there is a claim and you have the real coverage with a $1500 deductible. I asked them to give me the least expensive option, but they only presented the "premium coverage" which had a deductible of "0". It cost over $650

If the renter travels through a toll collection point, the renter's credit card will be charged the cost of the toll plus an administration fee.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 9 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, USA, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following territory: Northern Ireland.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 10 % battery charge remaining.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
