Pros: The car was brand new, clean and nice. I appreciated the Slovak Europcar employee that handled the car to us and gave us guidance about the rental and driving in Cyprus in general. We had an early flight back home and it was great that we could drop off the keys. They charged us the full tank, but this was quickly (within few days) returned after we gave back the car full. Overall a very good experience.

Cons: There is no Keddy desk on the airport, but I contacted them via phone and was told that I should be served in the Europcar kiosk. It would be best to inform the customers in advance about this to avoid stress/problems. Other than that, all was smooth and great.

Cons: What I buy didn't get. After I came to pick up a car some extra payments shows up. Clear scam, payed for a car 50 and for insurance 30 and then needed to may up to 300 Euros. Catastrophic failure

Pros: We were offered a free upgrade, so actually, got more for our money.

Cons: The vehicle was supplied full of fuel, but I was told to bring it back empty, I would have preferred to bring it back full, I ended up leaving over 1/4 tank.

Pros: The desk is in the terminal.

Cons: 1. Only one representative was at the desk what lead to long wait for the service. 2. Car was not the model I ordered and it took me quite long time to get used to it. 3. Car was not in good condition. Lots of noises from the engine. 4. Although I payed for full coverage the representative charged me 380EUR for PRE-AUTH. 5. I forgot my cellular phone holder at the car and they asked for 20EUR in order to post it to me, which is way to expensive than I expected it.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 900.00), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 76 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 3 year(s).

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.

A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Cyprus.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
