Pros: The terminal one attendants were exceptional and expedient. They were also kind and respectful.
Cons: Terminal 2 agent offered an upgrade, after we turned it down, he sent up to Terminal 1 to pick up the vehicle. "Keddy" is under Europcar

Cons: When I purchased the rental online, the understanding was that the car would come with the basic insurance included in the price. (My credit card company would pick up the collision). However, when I picked u p the car, I was told that the car would have absolutely no insurance and I would be completely responsible not only for any damage to my car but also to that of the other car(s) and for any property damage caused through fault of my own. I ended up with more than double the rental cost.

Pros: Just a different name for Europcar, which is a trusted brand. Standard no-nonsense pickup procedure
Cons: This is europcar’s (at FRA) fault: they did not have rental cars there even though everyone had placed their orders well in advance. They even admitted to this being normal in summer, which I think is completely unprofessional.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1250.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Premium Location surcharge, Energy Surcharge, Winterization fee, Environmental Contribution fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 56 days.
