Pros: All information was provided to the customer before picking up. Good quality car. We were satisfied with the Europcar customer service at Gold Coast Airport when dropping off a car. Your agents are excellent and so professional.
Cons: I received my service from Europcar. I wasn't satisfied with the customer service agent at Brisbane Airport on the 23rd of December 2023 at 14.03. She isn't professional at all. She is very rude to me as she had her personal life issues and other issues with her supervisor. Her hygiene is very poor, especially her nicotine mouth breathing which made me have a bad headache. As I am a customer, I expect to receive impressive rental car customer service, especially at my first rental car.

Pros: Keddy did not have a kiosk at Brisbane Airport. Its rentals were handled by Europcar. Keddy should have advised me of this.
Cons: Europcar's rep turned up about 30 minutes late. Also Europcar has overcharged me by getting my dropoff location incorrect. I have complained.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
