Cons: Keddy took a long time to process paperwork and issue the car. The car is then parked 8-10 minutes walk from terminal. They charged me extra for fuel even though i filled the tank and showed the receipt along with admin charges of 20 euros. They also charged me jurmala entry fee fine and admin charges. I showed them receipt that i paid and the case is still not resolved. All in all not good experience.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax).

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
