Pros: Poor,misleading, only one rep sitting on the counter in the must busiest time took me 2 hours to pickup the car from the airport. Not recommended to anyone

Cons: Poor, no information was provided on the voucher that to where I needed to pickup the car, I had to make the phone calls and poor customer service.

Pros: Enjoyed the vehicles the rented to me very economical and reliable as I did alot of travelling on them very impressed

Cons: Just what I said in my first comments above if you had of communicated the changes before picking up the vehicle and pricing changing upon pick from booking online if I was made aware of these changes I would have given 10 all round. Also hard to locate rental offices but eventually found them after some time.

Cons: See above. No one taking responsibility as there were no reps there from keddy (nor was there someone in the end of a phone from the comp y) and Europcar said they couldn’t do anything about it as wasn’t their company.

Pros: Nice new car, easy to book on line, competative rates. The ute came with a lockable cover which was great to keep snow gear secure and luggage dry

Cons: 2.5 hour waiting in line to pick up the vechile. My afternoon wasted and a prebooked arrangement missed. I did not like I was unable to pay up front before arrival. I also did not like payment didnt come out until 2 days after I returned the car

An administrative charge of 2.24 % will apply for payments made using the following card(s) MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
An administrative charge of 3.45 % will apply for payments made using the following card(s) Diners.

The following surcharges may apply: Premium Location surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Cheques, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
