Keddy at Brussels Airport

Pros: Car clean and fast picking and dropping off.

Cons: I rent a premium car but despite been an Audi, it was not fully equiped. It has the basic one.

Cons: It is with Europcar but no obvious Keddy signage

Cons: Only one choice of car for the type we have reserved at the time we arrived.

Cons: Keddy by Europcar did not want to rent me the vehicle. They argued that Mexican driving licenses were not accepted because Mexico and Belgium do not have an agreement. I had previously rented from Brussels airport with Hertz using my Mexican license.

Cons: Vans are starting to get a little beat up on the outside. Might want to repair all of the damages done over time.

Cons: At Belgium Airport, there are no clear instructions on where to park / return the rental car. Spent a lot of time to figure it out. While taking the car, it would be helpful for Keddy/Europcar to just confirm the parking bay where the car needs to be returned at Belgium (Zaventem) Airport

Cons: I had to cancel my reservation, because I did not have a physical driver licence with me. Sadly noticed it on a bad situation! The client attendant was strickt, did not close the deal, even if I shoved picture and online sertificate of my drivers licence. Suggested to take a train with my broken knee! Great! I was polite with attendant, did not used any unpolite words etc. but asked why it is like this, if all the date needed is avaiilable and afterwards receiver a meeting with police.

Cons: The administration and waiting time, it just seems so inefficient, needs to go quicker

Cons: The car rent agent needs to be more knowledgeable as we didn't get support and understanding regarding installation of EV car app. Agent needs to be more supportive and help customer to understand the app process and charging process. Unfortunately this was missing.

Pros: No infromation about the Keddy company in the airport and I lost two hours for looking for their office then I surprised the reservation under EuropeCar office and rrject to give me the car bue the delay and they forced me to make different care with different amout. Real it is very ver bad experience and will transfer the to all the people.

Pros: The car was in good condition and good value.

Cons: Picking up and dropping off rental car was a nightmare. Email communication was incorrect. It was not clear in the email that we were renting from EuropCar and had to ask upon arrival. Could not pay with the credit card that we wanted to use. Car did not start once, not sure why, waited a few minutes and then it did start.

Pros: Also finding location of booth and then the lines were so slow there is no way I was getting there with in 30 min of my reservation. I guess the only way to get a car with them is reserve for a later time slot.

Cons: Also the policy should be I have to pay the difference for upgrade because you gave my reserved car away because I was delayed flight. Your at an airport people can't control there delay. I needed the car for 20 days so I had budget it now I'm landing finding I'm going pay more a day fir car other wise I would not have a car

Cons: The time consuming and the attitude of the reception-staff. Car didn’t have windows cleaning liquid and inside the windows was no cleaned we had to buy window liquid cleaning the windows.

Cons: I had asked for a small car, I was given an SUV which was difficult to park.

Pros: The Keedy clerk promptly aknowledge the damage not originally reported and wrote it down both on the contract and on the system. When the car was being filled to be dropped, a Keedy employee present at the Gas station kindly volunteered to escort us to the dropping point and afterwards they've been very quick to close the inspection of the car.

Cons: The car had a small damage not reported originally in the received contract (but see left on what I've liked).
