Pros: Everything from the moment we found the office went really well, the car was almost new and the service was very fast and efficient.

Cons: The Keddy office is Europcar office, but there is no Keddy sign and no instruction about this in the pickup voucher, so finding the office was quite tricky for us and many others we met.

Cons: I booked a rental car which turned out that they didnt have available even though I paid more to get it. Then offered to give me a higher end Hybrid if I agreed to pay even more. I didn't get it because I refused to pay more. The whole purpose of getting a hybrid was to save money on gas which didn't happened because I ended up with a petrol car. Had I known that this was to be the case I would have gotten the cheapest petrol car category to save on gas, instead I paid more for a hybrid and wast

Cons: The 2hr wait at Europcar in Bari airport - the girls were totally overwhelmed with customers - 3 desks ! 1 lovely girl (I bought a bottle of water for her she looked so exhausted.. she nearly cried bless her) - one other girl sort of working and a totally empty 3rd desk chair !

Pros: Was actually hired with Europcar. Car upgrade as Fiat 500X not available. However when we went to the pick up point there were 2 parked in their bays.

Cons: It took over 2 hours to pick up the car - the queue was 10 people long & only 1 staff at the desk for most of that time, & occasionally 2. Not the best start to our holiday. The windscreen water reservoir was empty when we collected the car & the warning light was flashing - so no excuse why it wasn’t filled before we collected the car.

Cons: More then 4 hours spent to rent the car Paid twice of the price I rented on Discover Cars Discover cars took the money from the credit card in advance, but it appeared, that Keddy can't accept the card. Was not possible to change the driver on the place, only add an additional driver for twice the price. Keddy told, the insurance I bought from Discover Cars was not valid and was not working. MANY OTHER negative things!

Cons: Having paid an extra £92 for different airport drop off and queued for an hour we were told all the cars were locked and could only take an upgrade( a much bigger car we did not request and order six months before ) Had to return the following morning to collect a car we could drop off at a different airport. This was not passed on and we had to wait another hour to sort.

Pros: Staff were nice when we eventually got to speak with them and the physical collection and crop off of the car was quite straightforward.

Cons: It was Keddy rental through Europcar and that wasn't entirely clear from the documents so spend some time trying to find the Keddy desk in the Airport only to eventually realise this was the case. The queue to complete the paperwork was dreadful and took over an hour. Also, none of the information I'd provided when making the booking had been transferred over to Europcar when I was actually collecting the vehicle.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, Railway fee, Port fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Mini a driver license valid for at least 1 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Intermediate a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Special a driver license valid for at least 10 years is required.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, driver license with photo.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During the winter season (from 15.11. to 15.04.), Snow chains are included in the price only when reserving a vehicle for the following location(s): Northern Italy, Rome, Florence, L’Aquila.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 20 EUR refueling service charge.

Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
