Cons: I had to find someone to tell me Keddy was through Europcar. Also I was advised at the desk that if I had an accident, I would be charged full cost by Europcar and would have to pursue the insurance company myself to get my money back.
Cons: No car with no help!
Pros: Europcar is trustworthy and has counters at terminals.
Cons: Car didnt have CarPlay, unclear that Keddy is Europcar, didn't get the car I booked, took too long to get the deposit returned.
Pros: Everything from the moment we found the office went really well, the car was almost new and the service was very fast and efficient.
Cons: The Keddy office is Europcar office, but there is no Keddy sign and no instruction about this in the pickup voucher, so finding the office was quite tricky for us and many others we met.
Pros: The car was fine
Cons: Customer service was terrible. The car I reserved wasn't available so I had to rent a more expensive one

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Mini a driver license valid for at least 1 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Compact, Intermediate a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Special a driver license valid for at least 10 years is required.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, driver license with photo.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During the winter season (from 15.11. to 15.04.), Snow chains are included in the price only when reserving a vehicle for the following location(s): Northern Italy, Rome, Florence, L’Aquila.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
