Cons: No clear information of where to collect the Keddy car from, I had to ask in Avis rentacar where i should go. Then when collecting the car the Europcar agent told me i was not covered for full insurance, I told him i had paid for it, and he told me that if there was damage to the car, i had to pay europcar excess, and then claim back from Keddy, even though Keddy is owned and operated by Europcar, That is no good

Pros: Got an upgrade on what I asked for which was awesome

Cons: Pick up we waited over an hour in line to pick up the car, but the team were lovely and explained was due to sickness. Car was clean on the inside but dirty on outside which meant inspection for damage was hard to do. Drop off was difficult as the rental return wasn't clearly marked which meant a few loops of 2 different sections. This might have been a me issue though.

Cons: I don't get why the car wasn't with winter tires. What do you understand as winter conditions. That's not the right way to make money, risking lives. Also I ordered a car with a big trunk, what i got was way far from big and also I wanted a manual but you seemed not to have one. Also the car was really hard to find, think for better signs and instructions.

Pros: I don’t think a Mazda CX5 should ever fall into the same category as an Audi A4 Stationcar! Also I arrived with my kids late (11pm) in Billund Airport and just wanted to hit the road. But the car we got had an error message flashing and we needed to spend another hour before it was fixed.

Cons: At pickup they did not have a car of the group I booked, and they did not give me any alternative than taking a car of a lower group. Given the time (7pm) I took it. A few hours later I phoned asking to swap car the following morning, and the answer was ‘just come here at 10am and we will have plenty of cars’. Without taking my details… I drove to the airport the following morning, where they still had no cars ☹️ However this time the agent gave me a car from a higher group.

The following surcharges may apply: Winterization fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

For the Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Cabrios, Special car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.

Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is allowed. Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
