Pros: Speed of check in
Cons: I had booked a car in a high segment Peugeot 2008 or similar. Received a car of a smaller segment VW T Roc, which was less expensive to rent. The company employee told me it was the only car they had available and similar to the Peugeot 2008, which is not true.

Cons: We had to swap cars as the car we had for two days sounded really awful, the brakes were making noises that did not fill you with confidence on the mountain roads. The phone service was the worst that I have ever used. We must have had to repeat ourselves to at least 10 Europcar representatives before getting anywhere with a change of car.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 3500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
