Pros: Nothing
Cons: Poor customer service by Nqobile. Damage to car not shown on check list. Refused to acknowledge discovery booking voucher. Charged far more than I had booked. Could not contact discovery. No contact for Keddys. Atrocious hire experience. Waiting to see if my refundable fortune is refunded. Will not hire here again.

Cons: That Keddy charged 7x the price of the rental for "toll charges". Most of this extreme charge was returned but without any accounting. I will probably avoid renting from Keddy in the future.

Pros: Read your agreement thoroughly and you will have no problems. Credit card used to pay for rental must be in the same name as the driver!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 930.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee, Rental contract fee.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): South Africa.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
