Pros: I recently rented a car from Keddy at Schiphol Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The pickup was incredibly smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time. The staff were friendly, professional, and ensured that all the paperwork was handled quickly, which allowed me to get on my way without any hassle. The car itself was spotless, both inside and out. It was evident that a lot of care had been put into cleaning and preparing the vehicle for the next customer.

Pros: Very hard to find Keddy sign at pick up. Customer should be informed that Keddy is at Europe Car desk. Also put Europe ar into car sat nav and it was a little difficult to find, more street signs for all hire cars drop off would be better.

Cons: When returning the car, the inspection took longer. I told the employee about my opinion about the car. I hope he will take my comments into account. We returned the car without any damage and with a full tank. We are waiting for the deposit for the car to be returned in full.

Cons: Cars are not in good condition. The first one had been smoked in, so we asked for another car. The replacement car was clean but had issues starting due to a weak battery. Had 2 instances where the car did not start and I had to lock the car and try again.

Cons: Car was missing floor mats which made it a little difficult to drive as the floor was wet and slippery. Tried calling a Europ car representative as I was late for collect and they did not answer. Also wanted to extend my booking but no one would answer the phone.

Pros: That the car has unlimited kilometers to ride. They tell you what you have to do in case of emergency.

Cons: They didn't tell me how much the amount of the downpayment will be in advance. They told me the day that I arrived at the rental desk. Imagine if I didn't have that much money with me, I would've be stuck with no car at the airport.

Cons: They were impossible to reach by phone. I needed ask them something and I never managed to go through. Despite like waiting 30m on the phone.
