Pros: Good service.
Cons: Should be open during Airport hours! Payd for crossing Border to Switzerlland. But in the contract it says thats o.k. to crossing border to Switzerland and does not mention a fee!?! Was that a rip off?

Pros: There are scratches on the car not reported in the last report, only discovered when the agent and I inspected. Car is not washed, inside of the car is generally clean.
Cons: The refuel of the fuel is extremely expensive! Euro 19 service charge, the fuel is euro 3.42 per liter. compare to Euro 2.14 in the gas station!

For vehicles in groups Compact, Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Fullsize, Compact Elite a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
For vehicles in groups Premium a driver license valid for at least 5 years is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
