Cons: We arrived to airport terminal one . the keddy sign not mentioned on the whole desks . you have to search for europcar and then you will find it . When we returned the car there was a minor minor scratch on the wheel cover . they made it a big problem and let me wait for more than half hour . hope can attach photos and videos for the case . Pros: Quick and easy uplift and on line booking very simple.

Cons: The ‘similar’ car I was given was a Cheve Groove. Although brand new it was a terrible car and dangerously under powered. I emailed to request a change and this was not arranged until my second last day of the trip when without warning my car was uplifted and changed. If this had been done earlier in the trip it would have been much better. Communication was also very patchy.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 260.00), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The Airport Surcharge applies in all airport locations.
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Premium Location surcharge, E-Tags.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 65 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) national licences are acceptable if drivers are holding a GCC passport. GCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit plus their own national licence. A national or International Driving Permit alone is not acceptable.
Renters from the following country(ies): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, Hong Kong must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license in order to collect the car.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, Arabic. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Cash, Cheques, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is not available.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
