Pros: Staff at the desk were extremely helpful and very efficient. The car was immaculate and relatively new.
Cons: Keddy didn’t have a desk at the airport. Didn’t know I had to go to Europcar desk and that Keddy were a third party group. Also, despite paying for full coverage, in the event of an accident you would have to pay for the excess/damage and apply for it being reimbursed through Keddy. However, I may have missed all this in the terms and conditions.
Pros: Worst service ever
Cons: I was told at the counter that I had to provide an international driver’s licence. I have never heard of that before and I hace been to 65 countries around the world. Also I had different driverse licenses from different countries and they wont accept them unless they have the same number as my passport
Pros: Dear Unfortunately, I have booked the car and you charged me reservation fees but the company refused to give me the car because my UK driving license is not the same as my nationality. However, this condition is not stated in the booking terms and I have already used my UK driving license for renting in different countries. Therefore, I request you to refund my reservation fees in full from the company. Best wishes, Rashed

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Renters from the following country(ies): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, Hong Kong must provide the following documents: valid driver license in order to collect the car.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, Arabic. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 1 Year.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: Oman.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.
Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
