Pros: THE OFF-HOURS return fee USD 88 , while I was charged $11 by car discovery. I ended up returning the car next day, messing up my schedule and paying extra for parking.

Pros: Allow drop of at different location

Cons: Keydrop timing mentioned in the website does not exists. The extra rm300 is needed to pay for dropoff outside working hour was told by the car agent and been told it was like this 6 years. Felt like being scammed.

Pros: Ease of booking. Booked last minute after another car company cancelled on me but they still able to give car. Price is cheaper than other company giving the same car. They are also not very strict on the timing and allow us to take our car earlier than my booking time. Thank you for the awesome service.

Pros: Car is good condition (minor scratches and dents on the external body). Interior is clean and the agent who processed my pickup was courteous and professional.

Cons: Booking site with rentalcars.com did not clearly state or allow customers to select which KLIA terminal to collect car. That caused miscommunication between Keddy and myself. Their records show my pickup was at KLIA1 but I arrived at KLIA2 and expected to pick up my car at KLIA2. There was an option to put my flight # which I did. If this information was shared with Keddy and they refer to it to confirm which terminal I will arrive at, I would not have wasted 2 hours waiting for my rental car.

Pros: The agent was very helpful and he has solved a lot of problems inherent in the system.

Cons: How can an international car rental company in a major international airport close at 6 pm??? Our flight arrived at 5 pm and to get from the airplane to the exit took about 2 hours as immigration control was so slow. The carrental agent was very kind to wait for us, then next twist came. Road fees cannot be paid by cash or credit card , one needs to have a touchngo card, otherwise one gets stuck at the gate on the motorway. Pros: They tried to look for a car seat for us.

Cons: We ended up paying double the price than what was mentioned on the receipt we purchased online. We asked for a child seat and at first they said they didn't have one. And when they did provide one, it was very unsafe and my 2 year old daughter kept unlocking the seat and sitting up the entire time.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1035.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Eurocard. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
