Pros: Slightly cheaper cost than competition. But negative points outweighed cost savings.
Cons: Had 2 cars. Both had very dirty windshield inside it was difficult to see when driving against the low sun. Diesel vehicle didn’t have ad blue. Dash light was on when I picked the car. Overall car quality is lower than competitors. Returned first rental as it wasn’t adequate fir riad types in south of france. Every time I came to guest service I spent a very long time in line. Only a few desk clerk assisting customers while others were doing paperwork or other non customer focused tasks.

Cons: system didn't work. No key showed up. Employees off the Goldcar had to come to help and didn't succeed in the beginning. It took some in tervention at the deskcomputer of goldcar before everything worked fine and that cost extra time

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Tire & Glass Coverage, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax, Environmental Contribution fee.
Mileage policy
Unlimited mileage is included for free from 28.10 to 30.11 as a special offer.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A novice driver fee will apply to drivers who have held their driver license for less than 4 years.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
