Cons: When I got to the rental station they told ne I could t use my Amex card fir the deposit and charged me another 37 Euris. (More than the cost if the xarchirevand extra insurance). I che ked the voucher from discover cars and it was only written in the small print right at the bottom. Plus the car they have me was a 9 year old version of the one on the discover cars website

Cons: The car was very old and in a poor state. The rear right passenger seat belt was broken.

Pros: Everyone was very friendly and efficient, especially Nicolas. Everyone spoke good English. We had to defer the collection of the car by one day and they were very understanding and it was no problem to do that. We were asked to take photos of the car before we left which was a very good idea so that there were no issues on our return.

Cons: We had asked for the car to be provided with a full tank of petrol. This did not happen so we took a photo of the petrol gauge on collection. When we returned the car with the same amount that it had in it on our arrival, there was a query but this was soon rectified when we showed the photo of the (nearly empty) petrol gauge.

I was told.yo take photos of the car in the middle of the night with the car soaked in due/ humidity. Car had scratches that I found next day when in day light but can't prove it. A hold of eur1150 made on a car worth not much more even though I chose to buy full coverage insurance Car overheats when going up long hills Really poor compared to top 5 rental brands

Pros: Nothing good to write about them. All they tried to do was take advantage of strangers in a strange country who unable to understand their language. This was our worst experience Greece

Cons: The company that discovery cars used were fraudsters. They tried to take money from us for scratches that were already on the car when we collected the car. They also charged us more for out of hour service than what was quoted when we booked the car.

Cons: The initial car was very old, with over 150000 km on the odometer. The seatbelts were not working, and the side mirrors did not move. I had to call them to replace the car the next day, which was done very quickly, efficiently and courteously. The other slight disappointment is that they expect us to keep a record of car damages, which could be onerous on the customers to demonstrate and to prove the fact that the car had no damages during the return of the car.

Pros: The first guy driving the Tolis shuttle car, a young man (blonde hair), was super rude and verbally aggressive and really for nothing. On the other hand, the staff member receiving the car at the end of our trip was so kind and helpful. I had difficulties finding the place to turn back the car. The rental price was decent. I've read horrible reviews about other rental companies in Corfu. The guys at Kings cars were not crooks, that's a good start. Overall, we were very sutisfied.

It was severely scratch, it had "check engine" signal light always on, the A/C was barely working. the seats were dirty and the car smelled badly. I was like i rented an abandoned car.

The pick up process was quick and simple. When we returned the car, John and Nikos inspected the car immediately and drove us back to the airport. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

We rang the company as when we arrived we were told our booking was cancelled! We were told we had one hour grace and we were too late, apparently our car wasnt available anymore! Total lies! The man just shouted and shouted, refused to give his name and then hung up on us! Didnt help at all!

As we did not thought to call first (probably should mention in the email the whole process from arrival), we where running around with suitcases back and forth around the airport car rental area. But all was smooth from the moment when we call to the office, rental agents came to pick us up really fast, like in 5 min. Overall- really good car rental service! Thank you and keep the good job!

This was a small company and I have to say by far the best I have ever had. I am highly recommending them. Corfu is a great island that has to be explored by car. Choosing a local small company is way better then one of the big international brands.

They refused to supply us with the correct car. 2. They refused to deliver the car to the hotel, claiming this requires 48h notice. It clearly doesn't! as stated on the reservation. 3. They claimed that delivering the car to the hotel would have costed 75 EUR, whereby in the reservation it was clearly stated 30 EUR. 4. They were rude.

The car I returned was in the same condition as when I picked it up. They've cited reasons for not returning the deposit that include "the clutch and the gearbox had been destroyed", "lots of tourists destroy cars when they come here". They've not allowed us to see the car. They've not responded to emails and have been aggressive and rude.

They had the car running when we first turned up and this was after the guy had been waiting in the airport lobby for us for 15 minutes as we were struggling to find him. Took over a month to get our deposit back

Cons: Advertising that is was a VW transporter when in fact all their fleet is Opel and just only one transporter. False advertising. It should have been Opel or it’s equivalent and not transporter or it’s equivalent. Fuel wasn’t full tank. So, in returning the car it was challenging to ensure that you have the correct fuel level in order not to put more or less. If it was full tank, it will be easier to refuel.

Good car hire and took a pragmatic approach to hiring the car due to the environment - basically there are lots of bushes and the roads are narrow, so provided you didn't scratch the car badly then they understood. Our travel companions, who didn't drive at all, had an argument when they returned the car in exactly the same condition!

Pros: Kings car rental are Thelos Car rental in Corfu they are known to defraud their clients deposit. I rented a car from them via Discover Car Hire on arrival I was greeted at the airport and taken to a car that had two dents on it. I pointed this to him he put it on the rental agreement ( I took pictures of the damage). On return of the vehicle there was no mention of the damage. On return to the uk , the deposit of 700 euros was deducted from my visa. The reason was for the damages that existed.

Cons: I don't think we got the correct category of car. We booked a Peugeot 308 and received a Skoda Fabia - these are shown as different on Kings Car rental website. Also the car was pretty run down and tatty.

Pros: Pick up and drop off were fine and timely.

Cons: We were given a very old car with all 4 doors incredibly creaking. Even worse, we had rented a Peugeot 308 or similar class vehicle but we were given a Fiat Punto which is definitely a class below vehicle.

Pros: Meet at arrivals

Cons: Phone representative was rude when I could not find his colleague at the airport. Shouted at me over the phone.

Pros: They were able to change the date for delivery of the rental car necessitated by change of our flights. Delivered the car to our hotel on time as requested.

Cons: Car was supposed to be a Hyundai i30 or similar. Instead I got an older model Fiat Grande Punto. However, at least it was still an automatic as requested (although very under-powered) and had air-conditioning. In fact was probably better suited for driving around Corfu as the road surface conditions were very poor in some places. Their drop-off at the airport is not ideal in that they do not have a designated Kings car rental location. They did not waive the fee for the day I didn't have the car

Cons: the brakes should be changed soon. the GPS is old and its battery wasn't charging well

Pros: Quick and easy, once I had phoned and found the rep. Was not obvious that we should be looking for Kings car rental not DiscoverCar Hire.

Cons: The Chevrolet was rubbish, had paid for a Toyota Aygo or equivalent. It would have made a Fiat Panda feel like a Ferrari! Steering shook and screeched on full lock, the gear box was worn, and the paintwork looked like it was covering up having been in a serious collision.

Cons: Rental car condition was awful - old Ford Focus with 140k km and there was no opportunity to choose a car as there was only 1 available

Cons: the car has 150,000k on it and the air con was not working correctly. I booked a 9 seater, but was given two cars instead

Pros: Really good value for money.

Cons: When dropping off pickup driver took a bit longer than we were advised.

Pros: No one at meet and greet then when I called they said I didn't have a confirmation number when I had a number along with confirmation email.

Pros: Although there was a booking problem they fixed it immediately.

Pros: Cheap and very clear explanation. No unnecessary nitpicking of the car afterwards.

Cons: Couldn't find the representative at the pickup site.

Pros: Very good service. Although not on site at airport, they were there waiting with the car and drop off was fairly straight forward, calling them 15 minutes before arrival at the airport

Cons: Happy with the overall service. Only negative was no fault of the company but building work at the airport did make leaving the car a little difficult

Cons: They would NOT honor the agreement that I made with you and tried to extort 4000 Euros from me for insurance for the two vehicles. It was Sunday am and the agent would not help us at all, I had 18 clients who were waiting for a tour I could NOT provide due to King Car Rental. We had to go back to the port authority and rent several cars from Royal Car rentals who were very helpful and accomodating. This was a collossally horrific situation for us and I will NEVER use your company again

Pros: Representative met us right at the arrival hall and took us to car that was right outside. Perfect! Car was clean and in good condition. Highly recommended.

Cons: everything else, they were threatening, told me to ignore the contract and just pay them lots on money. i should trust them because they gave me a printed contract! they were impossible to get a hold of to drop the car off too. they refused to give me the claim form too. I need your help to resolve this!

Cons: Een veel kleinere auto, een relatief oude auto en bovendien een auto die zichtbaar achterliep in onderhoud. Echt ronduit beschamend

Cons: It wasn't the car we wanted (Clio instead of Skoda Fabia); this was a bit too smal for 3 people in the back; the engine of the Clio was not strong enough for the Cofiote roads (steep hills etc). A bit disappointed...

Pros: Kindness of the people and the fast handling of the car at pickup and dropoff

Cons: We had to wait on airport one hour before the renter game. Other firms people tried to help us but King´s Car Rental didn´t even answer the phone. When he at last came he didn´t say anyting to be sorry about one hour delay.

Cons: The car provided wasn't fit for purpose with broken central locking and broken air conditioning where we had to spend over 4 hours trying to get it sorted. Car was swapped but both vehicles were old and tired. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Cons: Everything as outlined above. Car was dangerous and in poor condition. We had to wait an hour and the drop off was simply put the key under the mat and leave the car in the car park.
