Cons: They ask you to wash the car before you return it, which I am hearing about for the first time from any car rental agency globally. The Apple car play in the car was disconnecting too frequently.

Cons: The agency tried to forced me to have another insurance, even though I did the overalls insurance in your website. Pick-up took more than 2 hours - they just very very slow. At the end charge me for the car- cleaning.

Cons: Based on baseless claims, Klass Wagen's representative coerced me into purchasing an additional insurance plan for hundreds of Euros upon car pickup. The company later acknowledged its fault, but agreed to reimburse only 50% of the payment taken from me through misleading. Very bad experience. Won't come back.

Cons: The person who actually signed the car off to us ( I don't remember his name) gave us so much unnecessary anxiety regarding insurance, explaining how each scratch could cause 2000 euro, extreme, and to the point where we had so much fear with the car. Thankfully everything was returned in perfect shape. We had to go to a car wash before dropping it off(mandatory )I have never ever had that experience with a car rental before. What a headache.

Cons: The car had lots of mechanical issues. First i asked for a VW Taigo, i received a Opel crossland or something. Even if where still some Taigo as i requested i couldn't have one. Second the car was vibrating like a helicopter, i was waiting to take off. 2nd, the tire sensor was screaming at me and i had to check the pressure constantly to be sure it was OK. Worst was that if you drive in a que after a while the car didn't rev more than 3000RPM and would not go more than 30 Km

They said the details, rental conditions and car conditions etc will be mailed. They did not.

The agent said that coverage is not an insurance and that upon return they will charge every scratch. After that I will have to file complaint at the police station and that police is not likely to cooperate just for a scratch. For each scratch company charges 600euro !!

Cons: The "check-in" process is horrible, since you get an explanation of 10-15 minutes why you should buy an additional insurance (in our case 150-200 euro). The explanation includes photos of possibles payments/fees that will be "for sure" paid by you ("for sure", becuase it is said that drivers in Romania don't care about the cars). It is even said that without an additional insurance on return you will spend more time , because the car will be checked thoroughly.

Indeed, the car company did (and clearly discovercars knew that they would, otherwise it would not be in the small print), but in the end didn't give us the car without additional insurance. So was between buying insurance twice or not getting the car. The car company said online brokers make money from insurances, so one should never get it online.
