Cons: The first car given was not road safety. The balance of the car was off once reaching the 90kmh speed. We had to return it which in turn delayed our long trip ahead by 2h. Second car was ok however the previous client had been smoking in the car and for the duration of our hire of 2 weeks the car was very smelly. We are nonsmoking .

For instance I have an offer at 48 euros for a VW polo , including insurances, and because the caution was 2700 euros, I was forced to accept their insurance of 190 euros, thus a rental rate for a Masserati

Pros: The pick-up was relatively smooth and fast considering the location is out of the terminal.

Cons: They try to push for their insurance, even though I purchased DiscoverCars cover. Also, the car had a significant scratch on the windshield just before the driver's view. I am sure that one of the previous renters paid a lot for this scratch, so I expect the company to fix it before providing the car to future customers.

Cons: The car tire was flat within 10 mins after pick up and they took almost 2 hours to send new car even after taking their own Local Premium insurance. The new car was good and but probably not perfectly ready and so there were some scratches and seats were not cleaned. I would definitely recommend to take their own local insurance otherwise you will be stranded in between of road and there will be no assistance until 24 hours.

Cons: They ask you to wash the car before you return it, which I am hearing about for the first time from any car rental agency globally. The Apple car play in the car was disconnecting too frequently.

Cons: Based on baseless claims, Klass Wagen's representative coerced me into purchasing an additional insurance plan for hundreds of Euros upon car pickup. The company later acknowledged its fault, but agreed to reimburse only 50% of the payment taken from me through misleading. Very bad experience. Won't come back.

Cons: The person who actually signed the car off to us ( I don't remember his name) gave us so much unnecessary anxiety regarding insurance, explaining how each scratch could cause 2000 euro, extreme, and to the point where we had so much fear with the car. Cons: The car had lots of mechanical issues. First i asked for a VW Taigo, i received a Opel crossland or something. Even if where still some Taigo as i requested i couldn't have one. Second the car was vibrating like a helicopter, i was waiting to take off. 2nd, the tire sensor was screaming at me and i had to check the pressure constantly to be sure it was OK. Worst was that if you drive in a que after a while the car didn't rev more than 3000RPM and would not go more than 30 Km

The agent said that coverage is not an insurance and that upon return they will charge every scratch. After that I will have to file complaint at the police station and that police is not likely to cooperate just for a scratch. For each scratch company charges 600euro !!

Cons: The "check-in" process is horrible, since you get an explanation of 10-15 minutes why you should buy an additional insurance (in our case 150-200 euro). The explanation includes photos of possibles payments/fees that will be "for sure" paid by you ("for sure", becuase it is said that drivers in Romania don't care about the cars). It is even said that without an additional insurance on return you will spend more time , because the car will be checked thoroughly.
