Pros: The delivery was in my hotel. The company representative arrived on time and gave very good service (both during pick up and drop off). I had a problem with the side door. The company paid for the problem and didn't try to ask me to pay for it.
Cons: I had a problem with the side door. Eventually I understood this is a common problem with this model. I had to waste 1/2 day at the garage in order to fix the side door. I wouldn't expect such problem to occur.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 300.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Winter package, Toll device, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing country borders.
For rentals lasting 1 to 3 days, mileage is limited to 900 km per rental.
For rentals lasting 4 to 10 days, mileage is limited to 2500 km per rental.
For rentals lasting 11 to 30 days, mileage is limited to 4000 km per rental. For each additional km an additional charge of 0.10-0.65 EUR per km will apply.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.

By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 01.03. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
