Pros: They gave us a car without checking with us at the pick up time, pushed us to buy a insurance, charged us for returning at a different location which was on the contract upon purchase we need to drop off at different location, now they are charging us for a crack on the front bumper paint.
Cons: I don’t like localiza and looking forward to avoid renting from them. Every time you return a car even if you bought insurance they find something to charge their clients
Cons: It was quite difficult to find the drop off station in Rio. Nobody explained us how the free flow toll was working.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, boarding pass.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
