Mack
Mack, often stylized as M.A.C.K, is a car rental company based in Croatia. The company has locations across Croatia, including in the most popular tourist destinations and their airports: Dubrovnik, Rijeka, Zagreb, and Split. As of 2023, the company doesn’t have any locations outside of Croatia.
M.A.C.K offers hotel delivery — a representative of the company will deliver a vehicle to your hotel if it’s within 15km of one of their offices. This a great service if you plan to spend some days by the pool or beach and won’t need a vehicle for your entire trip — simply get it delivered when you want to explore.
The company has a wide-ranging fleet of vehicles. Whether you’re looking to rent smaller cars, like mini or economy class cars; larger cars; SUVs; luxury cars; or vans, you’ll find a suitable vehicle from Mack. For renters that don’t have a credit card, though, the company won’t be suitable — it doesn’t accept debit cards. Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent from Mack, and those under 25 will be charged a young drive fee (as with most other rental companies).
When you rent from Mack, you can travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Switzerland, and European Union countries with the vehicle (though, you have to return it to Croatia). Keep in mind that there’s an additional fee to be able to do such and that you’ll need to let them know where you plan to travel to when picking up the vehicle.
