Pros: Friendly staff and car was clean and in good condition.
Cons: Pick-up location was a bit harder to find and the car is not at that spot. We needed to be transported somewhere else. Drop off location-counter was inside a hotel so not "obvious from the street".

Pros: We could change the car drop off place.
Cons: Few things: 1. The maintenance of the car was overdue according to the onboard controls of the car 2. The adblue liquid level was too low rhat when we parked the car we could not start the motor until that liquid was refilled. We got blocked in Dubrovnik city center for more than one hour without being able to move the car and pursue our trip! Not even an apology! 3. We paid an extra for returning the car out of office hours but we returned the car within the office hours. We got no refund.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
