Cons: Impossible to contact. Impossible to collect the car with my flight delay despite contacting 4 hours before they closed. Called over 40 times with no response. Sent messages no reply. Awful experience and lost my money even though I paid for the protection. Disgrace

Pros: The car was OK. There were several bumps scratches and dents all over it but it served its purpose without problems at a reasonable price.
Cons: There were many bumps scratches and dents everywhere. Luckily i took many photos and a video of the car before taking it from the garage, because when i returned they tried to give me the blame for a big scratch at the rear bumper even if it was obvious that it was an old one. If i hadnt photos of the car before taking it, i would be charged for over 500€ for it because as they said it wasnt in their system and it was something i did, even if it was extremely obvious that it was an old scratch.

Cons: la difficoltà per il ritiro e la mancanza di flessibilità per il reso (soprattutto quando si sa che ho perso più di un ora tra quando mi è stato rilasciato il contratto per la macchina sbagliata e il ritiro effettivo). Inoltre è inammissibile dovere dare tutti i dettagli della carte di credito o personale tramite telefono in mezzo alla stazione centrale

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1300.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–27 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 28 days or more, mileage is limited to 4500 km per rental.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
