Pros: Nothing
Cons: No one to greet us, phone no. out of date. Car filthy, tank less than half full. Tyres not pumped up. Magically all my credit cards wouldn't work to block the deposit (no issue before) so then were stuck there until we paid for the full insurance that we didn't require. Price ended up double. No written proof of extra insurance. No problem with the credit card when paying though! Payed for unused fuel as difficult to match initial volume. Asked to clean car by hand even though it was cleaner aft
Cons: Car’s grade lower then booked. Car in bad conditions, engine light on all the time, direction going on one side and tires screaming all the corners, no cleaning liquid on windshield cleaning deposit, I needed to buy some and add. At the renting desk I was informed that my all life credit card was not a credit card....
Pros: They were patient when my credit card failed because I hadn't informed the issuer I'd be overseas!
Cons: Not getting a 4x4 as ordered and paid for...
Pros: Overall, the agent himself was pleasent
Cons: The conditions of car renting are apparently bad. We arrived to the airport with delay, and the agent was not wating for us in spite the fact that he was aware about the delay. I bought a local simcard, called him and only after my call he came. The agent should be at the airport or at least to follow after the flight arrival. In addition I was told that before returning the car to the agency i have to wash and clean it inside and outside.Respectable agency does not act that way
Pros: Service and everything was good I got a problem with the car late evening, and they come with a new the day after ( 2,5 hours drive one way )
Cons: The only thing is that it is not new cars, the first was quite broken here and there and clonking sounds etc. but when the engine not respond on gas pedal (electrical signal or something) but turned the car of and called rental company and also to your support, and i started again third time it was working again, That is not a reliable feeling. well the both two I had was not new, not a big issue they work, but if you travel around a new car feels more reliable,
