Cons: 1/4 tank of gas, tires low on air, not airport pickup of vehicle & no ride to hotel after return of rental

Pros: We got all the information we needed before leaving with the car. A change we needed to make was willingly made.

Cons: One small confusion on arrival at the airport. We thought someone would be present to take us to the pick up location. However, we had to make a call to the office first. This was not clearly stated in the email we got.

Pros: Quick pick up process and easy to get out of city from this location. Very friendly and efficient staff. When returning the car the staff drove me to my hotel nearby as I was not flying until the next day.i could have walked but appreciated the drive.

Pros: Friendly staff and excellent to deal with. The staff went over the car with me before delivery and pointed out any defects. Handing the car back was quick and easy. Great value, and car was in excellent condition

Cons: I wanted to extend my rental and call several times dicovercars and master kings but each office asked me to contact the other. Had to gave and rent another car 😒

Cons: There was a disconnect on the pickup since we did not have flight info because we flew in days earlier and wanted the car following our stay in Lisbon.

Pros: We definitely recommend Master Kings for your car rental, we rented a 9 passenger van, had only like 10000k the only negative is no tinted windows to keep the interior a little cooler but overall great vehicle.

Cons: Beim Abholung war niemand da wie vorgegeben. Ich musste telefonieren und länger warten. Das Auto war nicht in einer Fahrbarzustand. Alle Reife waren abgefahren, fast kein Profil mehr. Ich musste Richtig diskutieren, dass ich ein anderes Auto bekam.

Pros: Eva who was based at the Lisbon car hire office lent us her personal us fob adapter so our apple usb was compliant with the vehicle which was hugely appreciated and meant we could access Apple Car Play.

I was renting a car for the second half of my trip with another rental company and the representative graciously gave me a ride to the other company. Unexpected but truly values. Well done Master Kings, you hired the right people to provide the ultimate customer experience.

Cons: The website said they were open until 8 and we tried to drop off the car at 7 and they were closed. That caused us extra stress having to drop off the car prior to heading to the airport. Picking up the car was a long process

Pros: Very friendly staff, they took the time to explain everything. All was straight forward, no bad surprise. We dropped off the car in different location than pick up where there was no office so they met us at our accommodation ! Very convenient ! Would definitely rent again from them.

Cons: Their 8am to 8pm opening hours. Drop off can be arranged at later hours but you have to call, schedule and pay a fee for dropping the car off when they are not open.

Cons: Amount of time spent receiving the vehicle, I think they were just short on staff that day and there was an issue with a rental ahead of us. Their system seems to need to go through a lot of steps though to get you the car. A more streamlined way of the desk agents filling out customer information is needed.

Pros: The gentleman that ran Masterkings were friendly, fast and made a lot of effort to make sure we understood all our details, in English for us, and shuttling to and from the airport was great!

Cons: No complaints! This was a very good experience renting a car in a foreign country. Great service. Plenty of car types to choose from. Requested car was exactly we got. Transaction was easy, even with my US credit card.

Pros: Staff were nice but hard to find and charged us more money because of pick up time

Cons: Don’t know where the screw up was but finding the proper phone number for the pick up and waiting for it and then being charged and extra 30 euro was a bad experience. They blames discovery cars and shrugged their shoulders. This wrong info should not be made the clients fault but it was. A bad experience all the way around. I will never use either company again.
