Cons: Did not give good address on where to drop off car, close but not where you actually turned in car. My plans changed and i had to drop car off before they opened. No procedure on how they wanted it returned.
Pros: The city location is easy to find and the number of cars options were good.
Cons: The car pick up service desk representative could be more customer oriented and supportive. We were a little disappointed at the customer care.
Pros: Horrible experience. Was told that there was a drop off location dt Vienna. Drove all over trying to find it. Finally took car to airport in Vienna for drop off. No one there. No drop box to leave key

Cons: Less about the service, but more about the car. Prior to viewing the car itself in the car park, the paperwork I was required to sign indicated where scuff marks were present. I therefore had to spend some time to verify the marks in the car park having already signed the paperwork. I think the provider should take time to walk around the car with the customer and verify any damage highlighted. I experienced no further issues/damage myself, but there may have been additional preexisting damage

Cons: First time in 15 years of renting cars in europe that i was requested to have an international driving license. That was never required before, my home driving license, which has all the details in English was always enough. In all ny travel across Europe and specifically 3 previous travels in Austria. I had to run for one kilometer and back to some agency to make the required international license documents and paid 18 euros for this service. I was lucky run in time before the rent desk closed.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Security Deposit will be doubled for using the following services: crossing country borders.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
