Pros: The car was so worn off. During our journey windscreen wiper just flew off. Various rips inside the car. Car was dirty. Seatbelt in the rear was not working. Car was not safe. Radio didn’t work. USB charge didn’t work. Leaking liquid from the bottom. When we complained about the quality the owner just said he will cancel the deal and we should go book somewhere else. We were traveling with a baby and don’t have time to look for an alternative the last minute. Terrible terrible service

Cons: Terrible service. The owner took pictures of our credit cards and when we said we don’t want him to do that he started being agitated and suggested “cancel if you want and good luck finding another car” The car was so worn off. Pros: Cheap rental care but don’t expect luxury as they are older cars, saying that was totally fine for condition of roads in Costa Rica so good value for money

Pros: The people were very easy to deal with. Very responsive and shuttled us to and from the airport. The vehicle wasn’t pretty, but it was exactly what we wanted for our adventure.

Pros: The online rental was easy to process, the check out and check in was easy, and the individuals at the rent a car were kind.

Cons: I did not get the Hyundai Tucson 4-wheel drive SUV I reserved. The Suzuki Vitara that I was given had issues with the keys (batteries), was not 4-wheel drive, and was not an overall comparable vehicle in comparison to the Hyundai Tucson. There should have been a price reduction based on the lower tier car received.

Pros: This was the worst car rental experience of my life. We showed up with 5 people and they had our vehicle on the list but they said it was not available. The agent then passed us along to another car rental company. They had a vehicle for us but at a much higher rate . I would never use this company again

Pros: Ho girato con una macchina per un mese....con un contratto per un altra macchina! In più macchina del 2018 con 160.000 km e cambio olio effettuato a 170000km!km chiaramente scalati!

Cons: In più tariffa tt incluso sul sito ad un prezzo...poi in agenzia aumento x tasse e altro....serietà zero! Macchina consegnata con ruote lisce senza pieno e sporca....e la tenevo un mese!!!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 2150.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Renters Liability Protection (RLP), Airport surcharge, Tourism levy, Free modifications, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), Concession fee, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card, ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information

In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
