Pros: It looks cheap on the original price, the service was good and they were slick, and Car was pretty new which was nice.

Cons: Lots of things really, it took too long to be acknowledged when going into the branch, they were confused at all stages before getting there as we booked Mex and the company is zoom and this confused the person on the airport phone to get the bus and the bus driver, luckily I pushed otherwise would have been left at the airport. Only other slight concern is they took my credit card off me twice and my sight was made me a bit concerned about fraud.

Pros: They flexed their policy because it was madness. They tried to argue the situation but eventually came to a fair logic. The car I reserved was sitting there waiting for me so fair play!

Cons: Hard to get too and they’ll charge you for every little thing that they can find. At that point you may as well pay for a real rental car company!

Cons: Service not provided by Mex but a outsourced agent which had poor service and was below par. Poor service and are now charging an extortionate amount for a very simple scratch (which I do not even think was caused by us). Got the feeling from the beginning that they would create some sort of issue when returning the car, which they did Not located near the airport

Cons: They are not at the airport - you have to catch a train from the terminal and then be picked up by a van to be taken to their rental location. The car we got was extremely banged up, and I was worried that they were going to scam us into paying for damage we didn't create (online reviews of this company are not favourable).

Pros: They warned me about not getting the road 407 in Toronto to avoid toll and be charged additional fees.

Cons: Car was very dirty as well as the store where we went to pick up the car. They also force you to get Third party coverage for $9 a day. The car should have the pass for the toll road and I'd pay for the toll later. Not having the pass and the possibility of being charged $30 per toll ticket was not a good experience for me.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 200 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1875.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Renters Liability Protection (RLP), Tourism levy, Free modifications, Total taxes, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), Concession fee, State Tax.
Rate excludes
If renter travels through a toll collection point, the renter’s credit card will be charged for the toll and an administration fee of 30 CAD per cross.
Mileage policy
In Ontario mileage is limited up to 3000 km per rental.
Mileage limitations will apply if the car is to be used for crossing province borders.

A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of Ontario.
For local renters mileage is limited to 200 km per day, with a maximum of 1400 km per week and 4000 km per rental.
Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. Renters from the following country(ies): Canada, USA must provide the following documents: passport, valid US or Canadian issued drivers license in the drivers name in order to collect the car.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following country: USA.
Crossing the country border or using a ferry (traveling to an island) is forbidden. Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
