Pros: The negative section has too little characters so I continue here: The person we're spoke to told us that he or anybody else spoke english but we saw his colleague speaking fluently english to some french customers.
Cons: we're told they didnt accept our insurance policy and we need to leave a deposit of 4000 USD - this was way more than stated in DC reservation document. after one hour, we managed to persuade them to lower it to 50.000 MXN (apx 2700 USD) but they told us just in the end that the deposit will be return in 3-5working days (This is also not stated in DC reservation) which caused problem with our second booking.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1230.00), Theft Protection, Renters Liability Protection (RLP), Airport surcharge, Tourism levy, Free modifications, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC), Concession fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
