Cons: This is the worst experience I have ever had as it relates to renting a vehicle. I had no choice but to walk away without a vehicle and as a result I forfeited my deposit. I will never use this service again nor will I ever recommend it to any of my colleagues/family.

Cons: when I arrived at the desk the representative said they did not have any cars for us.I explained that I had my 88 year old mother in law and I needed to get her to the accommodation inSan fernando approx 50 miles away. The representative then said she would have a car available in 2 hours. I waited 2 hours at the airport and then she explained that the car wouldn’t be available and they arranged to bus me to the property - the car was then delivered the next day. I am owed a days rental from you
