Cons: I booked a 4-day car rental for 42 USD through your website with MLC Car Rental, but upon arrival, I waited over 3 hours and was charged hidden fees, nearly five times the original price. As a result, I decided not to proceed with the rental and had to pay an extra 67 USD for a taxi. I request a full refund for the car rental.

Cons: -not easy to find -hard 2 get a hold of shuttle -waited 2 hrs & finally paid my own taxi $22 to the rental company - they were not at desk, had 2 use my phone again. When I didn’t have a phone plan -gave me a dirty car -car was 11 years old and shabby inside - engine lighter was on - he brought car to me so didn’t realize it didn’t start well - car wouldn’t start on the 6 th day trying 2 leave pool. - called complain 17 x’s -finally called u Had 2 pay $360 4 tow & not reimbursed yet

Cons: Ended up costing 500$ more than what the quote was for a 2019 corolla with a banged door and the maintenance light on. Traveling with 2 kids and arrival at 10pm did not have any other choice to accept and deal with it.

Cons: The WHOLE experience was terrible. I was given terrible pickup instructions. Instructions stated, go to station 3 and call this number that was provided. When I called the number and asked if I called Discovercars, I was told no. I called right back and explain that I was looking for Discovercars and was told to call this number for pickup. At that point, he said okay the shuttle should be there shortly. I asked how long was shortly, he said, about 30 minutes. Too long!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 miles per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 6695.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 19.99 USD per day.
Prepaid tolls are available for 29.99 USD per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 25.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
If the customer removes Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of 500 USD will apply. Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly recommended to activate Toll Device offered by the provider in order to avoid violation charges (up to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or pay on spot.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional mile.
Mileage is limited to 150 miles per day.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Cross-border policy
Crossing country/state borders is not allowed.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Toll pass / E-toll device.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
