Cons: My flight got delayed. Arrived in Miami at 2am. Called the number indicated in the voucher and spoke to someone who barely speaks english. The pick up location ISN’t LOCATED in the airport. That was never informed during the reservation process and there was NO WAY for me to search for it at that time !

Cons: Me hicieron cobros indebidos después de entrega del vehículo, supuestas multas, despues me dijeron que habia entregado el tanque medio y mil excusas para cobrarme de mas cuando yo ya no estaba en el pais.

Pros: The car was asking me for maintenance, i think before i pico up the car you should give a look at it and make sure everything is fine with it

Cons: The car was in poor condition, noisy engine, rattling inside, heating nobs were broken, usb charging port not working, Wind screen wipers faulty, car seats not valeted properly….. etc

Cons: I couldn't reach anyone for pickup at the car rental center, long wait when I finally got to car rental desk, unprofessional staff and she gave me an old car that sounded like it was literally going to fall apart when I aired my concerns

Cons: Charged me an extra insurance per day for accidental damage - later realised on the small print from discovery cars that I didn't need to get that. Car rental should have been £44. I ended up spending £207 on top of that- I have no idea why. Is there any point in my contacting MLC about it?! I doubt it

Cons: Where do I start? From the pick up shuttle which was delayed and several calls unanswered to the ridiculous additional charges such as “cleaning fee”, “admin charge for not having an international driver’s permit (despite my driving licence was in English). The entire pick up process took more than an hour. Never again!

Nos cambiaron el auto a uno mas moderno pero el mismo estaba sucio, con mal olor en su interior, sin combustible, con las ruedas desinfladas y con error permanente que arrojaba por "falta de service". Proveedor NO RECOMENDABLE.

Cons: La experiencia no ha sido muy mala. Mas de dos horas de demora para retirar el vehículo. Nos dieron un primer auto en mal estado, obsoleto, antiguo. Nos cambiaron el auto a uno mas moderno pero el mismo estaba sucio, con mal olor en su interior, sin combustible, con las ruedas desinfladas y con error permanente que arrojaba por "falta de service". Proveedor NO RECOMENDABLE.

Cons: Car was damaged. Many errors on the dashboard for critical systems. Very dirty car. They tried in any way to steal more money. And eventually after I gave back the car they billed my credit card for another 100$ without any reason, they do not respond to emails, calls, they have many tricks to scare you and sell you extra insurance. Be ware!! Eventually they cost more than the big companies like hearts, sixt, budget, europcar etc

Pros: I have neither received a reply to my last response (information you requested was provided) nor had the refund for the booking as your provider cancelled it. Your provider told me my drivers licence was not valid AFTER U called you to pay for the EXTRA insurance… I was ALSO forced to seek another car rental at the last minute, please note. Cons: they liars and abusers by saying that what you pay online with time have nothing to do with them. It is true what I pay before doesn't reflect on the ticket or contract total of the rental car.

Pros: But the Lord's attention was good. The rest of the staff almost never responded to our Whatsapp contacts or calls, and when they did respond, it would be several hours late and with a standard, empty response.

Cons: They did not respect the contract voucher issued by Discovery. They charged a different amount than what was agreed. I felt deceived by both companies, MLC and Diacovery cars. He sought my rights in court.

Cons: Gave me an old cars and tyres were under the legal limit. I was on my way from Miami to Orlando, and the tyres were making noise. I was getting error message. I took the car to tyre shop and I was told that 3 of the tyres of out of the legal limit. I called MLC and they advised me to change the tyre and they will refund me. Till date I have not received any refunds. Also the car was full of dents & scratches. I need my $145 to be refunded. They also charged me c$600 for rental instead of $47.20

Pros: Car was driven over 100k and brakes lights service on. Braking was shaking the car, no key fob and holes in the bottom of the car. Very horrible.

Cons: Everything. It’s a fraud and the rental costed me more than I would use the airport car agency. Shuttle was arrange for a pick up outside the airport. Basically it’s a 3rd party. I guess cheap is expensive.

Cons: - paid half of the rental fee upfront - our plane got 1.20h minutes later at Miami. We run through the airport to get to the car rental center; - called to MLC and they had no more cars. No refund, no cars … we were left without no support

Cons: My plane was delayed, and the MLC office was closed when I got there, so I had to go in the next morning. They then had cancelled my original booking, and required me to make a new booking for almost 10 times the price! I had some damage to the car, but even though I had bought the full protection insurance, they charged my credit card for the full damage cost. I booked a car for about 50$, and ended up paying 3500$. I will warn anyone against renting cars at MLC, they are criminals.

Cons: Several charges added to initial quote. Car had numerous sensor issue giving nuisance warning on instrument panel. Fuel should be full to full. Same to same is difficult to achieve and people normally return with more fuel than they picked up with. Probably only 10 dollars more but it is matter of principles.

Cons: My advice to anyone using these small rental companies is read the terms & conditions small print. I glossed over it and didn't notice that a "senior driver fee applies if you are over 60" which I am, and got clobbered an extra £200 . I should have known the deal (£52 for the week) was too good to be true. I ordered a petrol car, they tried to fob me off with an electric car telling me they only rent electric cars. When I told them I wanted to cancel, they suddenly found a petrol car for me.

Pros: the car was very dirty, sand on the seats and dirt. the headlamps were so dirty i couldn’t drive at night. the car had the alarm “please change oil soon”. it didn’t had a smooth ride, the transmission didn't engage well. i thought the transmission was going to break at any minute.

Cons: the free shuttle takes 20-30 minutes to pick you up. they try to sell you insurance and unnecessary expenses. if you don’t biy it, they give you the worst car in the lot. hoping you don’t return. i returned the car and left afraid they are going to charge me for something the car already had. because they dont tell you anything and have a high deposit

Pros: CRAZY. Prepaid, fixed price was 77USD. Instead of it MLC said many other fees, which has to be and because they haven´t accepted my CREDIT CARD, I paid finaly 920USD! crazy :(

Cons: NOTHING :( never more:( The car has no spare wheel and if was broken by the comming back to airport, I had to pay 60USD for help. (no extra services in the fuc*ing extra fees). NEVER MIND

Pros: I didn't take the car. The price was not reflected what i thought to pay. In Europe where i live this would not be possible.

Cons: The service was ok. But i reserve the car with the idea i should pay a price and it became 10 times expensive. I refused to use the service from discovers cars.

Cons: Nous n’avons eu aucune aide pour trouver le transfert de l’aéroport (pas de réponse au téléphone), puis quand nous sommes arrivés le prix proposé était 3 fois plus élevé que ce que nous avions sur le voucher, la caution était de 2000$ alors qu’elle était indiquée à 1000$ sur la réservation, nous n’avons pas pris la voiture. Le personnel est parti au milieu de notre discussion.

Pros: There is no service that I like, there are extra fees and the provision of impact vehicles.

Cons: Even though I gave you insurance, they said they would give you extra insurance otherwise we would not give you the vehicle. The left side of the vehicle was damaged, the back door could not be opened, they said there is no other vehicle, you have to buy this one, so it was a very bad company.

Cons: Surprise charge for driver over 60. If this was a minor fee (a few dollars), then fine. But this was HUGE compared with the base cost of the rental. Additionally, the car was in poor condition.

Cons: The price I had to pay on pickup was 10 times higher than stated upon booking. This is outrageous. The car was in very poor condition. The passenger door could not be opened from the outside, and it was not due to a child lock. We asked the staff to check it out, and they could not fix it. The airbags and tire system needed service.

Pros: Offered the toll plan after I asked and explained it .

Cons: From a $51 dollar rental as advertised it cost us $200 USD plus deposit. $51 was for the toll pass for 3 days which I agreed too. All the extra costs like recovery cost and wear and tear costs. We could have hired from one of the bigger companies cheaper and bought a toll pass for $10 which includes most tolls.
