Cons: Wasn't g8ven the car l ordered and told that we had been upgraded in the vehicle which wasn't correct as the sedan was same price to renr

Cons: A bit hard to figure out where to go to meet their shuttle.

Pros: There was nothing that we like about the client service as the person was rude to begin with, she had a miserable mood, no welcoming at all and felt that she just want to go home

Cons: The drop off was worse as there were no greeting at all, no hello, no thank you and very rude person. They didn’t ask if the car went well or if we had any issue with the car.

Cons: I showed up late after I already prepaid and they did not hold my car for me. Instead they cancelled my reservation and did not refund my money.

Cons: I was not given a rental car because the flight was delayed for two hours. I warned them that my flight was delayed for two hours, and they told me that everything was fine, don't worry. Upon arrival, they refused to give me a car. I was with a small child in my arms, my vacation was ruined.

Pros: Quick and efficient. I called to telephone number in my order, immediately I got the answer that the shuttle is coming to terminal door. The way was about 5-7 min. I take the car after 10 min. I like that it was exactly car that I ordered.

Cons: that they late at the pick up by 45 minutes (we said that there is every 20 minutes) after 30 minutes we talk with them again and they said they "forgot us". unfortunately we had problem with my credit card deposit when we had try to find a soulstion for the problem the service representative didn't show any willing to help us.

Cons: Inside of windshield was very dirty and difficult to see through. The car had a lot of body damage, but operated fine.

Cons: I had a full coverage insurance but when receiving the car they told me that they have to block amount of 850€ and when returning the car with no any comments they didn’t return the blocked amount immediately and I’m still waiting to unblock the 850€

Cons: Car was a bit dirty and smelled of smoke. Directions to return address were unclear and the agent was unhelpful via whatsapp. This meant I ended up going to 2 incorrect locations before finding the drop-off location.

Drop-off was quick and shuttle was readily available to go to the airport although we were dropped off at the at the wrong terminal.

Cons: Was told by Moventur to go to a specific gate but we couldn’t see the pick up bus and the driver sent us a message asking where we were. At pick up desk, person was not aware that we had paid for a second driver until I showed them the booking form. Staff attitude was quite casual.

Cons: When we left the agency with the car I had to stop in a service station to put air in all tires, one was very low in pressure.
